These are draft terms for Octolaris. They are not final legal terms.
Students only, ages 13+
Octolaris accounts are for high school, college, trade/technical and graduate students aged 13 or older. A parent or guardian may help or pay for a future plan, but the account always stays the student's. Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate information when you choose to share it.
Discovery, not financial aid advice
Octolaris helps you discover and track opportunities. It is not a financial aid advisory service and does not submit applications for you. We do not guarantee eligibility, an award, admission or financial outcomes. Outside scholarships may affect other financial aid; ask your college's financial aid office about your circumstances.
Confirm with official sources
Sponsor requirements, deadlines, amounts and availability can change. Always confirm details on the official sponsor page before applying. Sponsors make their own decisions. Never pay to apply for a legitimate scholarship; report suspicious fees or inaccurate information.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate someone else, submit fraudulent information, spam the service, send harmful or unlawful content, access another person's private information, bypass safety controls or disrupt the service. Do not upload essays, home addresses or sensitive information through Contact.
Free and future Plus
Free stays free. Plus is coming soon at $9.99 per month. No payments or paid access are enabled yet. A future paid plan will be billed monthly and cancellable anytime; there is no yearly plan. Final payment and cancellation details will be provided before any purchase.
Your account and questions
You can delete your account and private account data in Account settings. Read our Privacy policy, or reach us through the Contact form.
